Trim hedges and overgrown shrubs.

Store garbage cans out of view from the street ( $25 Fine if T- can is still out on Tuesday thru Saturday.)

Remove trash/junk from the exterior of the home.

Clean mold from siding and fences.

Repair damaged fences.

Clean, repair, and paint mailboxes black. Use standard nail-on-numbers (no stick-on-numbers)

No parking on the lawn. No regular parking on street.

Make repairs to rotten wood or peeling paint around house.

Repair any broken window panes, screens, or blinds visible from the street.

Remove air conditioning units or fans from windows.

Remove disabled vehicles from the property.

Commercial trucks must be parked in the driveway per HOA rules.

Listed above are violations of the covenant and effective immediately, all property owners are asked to inspect your property and correct violations to avoid imposed fines according to Northgate's covenants.
